Directions:- Relaxing Bath: Pour a large handful into a warm running bath for an aromatic relaxing soak- Therapy Bath: Pour two large handfuls into a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes or more for a detoxifying bath, skin therapy and/or to soothe muscle aches and pains.
